Certification Any public or private health care agency that provides pastoral care, e.g. the Department of Veteran Affairs, will require your training and experience record along with documentation to support it. With standards and procedures approved by the USCCB/Commission on Certification and Accreditation, NCVACC is the recognized certifying organization for VA Chaplains endorsed by the Military Archdiocese.
